Flexible billing with safety controls
Choose included capacity, add packs or credits, and let billing administrators control overage, budgets, alerts, and automatic top-ups. ForgeLore uses hosted checkout and never collects card details.
Free has hard limits and no card. Team and Scale include a 14-day trial with a card required.
Before you begin
Open billing from the organization you intend to change. You need billing permission to change plans or controls. Compare the included capacity with current usage before enabling overage or automatic top-ups.
Plans
Measured usage
Seats and repositories follow real quantities, storage uses byte snapshots, transfer uses monotonic counters, and assistant work uses measured credits.
Stackable capacity
Add recurring storage and repository packs or one-time and recurring assistant-credit top-ups.
Admin controls
Enable overage per feature and set spend limits, usage caps, warning thresholds, and optional automatic top-ups.
Preview before change
Plan, add-on, control, downgrade, and cancellation changes are previewed and explicitly confirmed before application.
Graduated overage rates
- $12 per extra seat and $15 per extra active repository each month.
- Storage: $0.12/GB-month through 500 GB, $0.09 through 5 TB, then $0.07.
- Transfer: $0.10/GB through 1 TB, $0.07 through 10 TB, then $0.05.
- Assistant credits: $10/1,000 through 10,000, $8/1,000 through 100,000, then $6/1,000.
These are marginal tiers: each band uses its own rate. Overage remains disabled until a billing administrator opts in.
Safe subscription changes
Review the preview for price, timing, allowances, credits, and warnings. Applying it requires billing permission, a matching unexpired preview, a stable idempotency key, and confirmation. Downgrades and cancellations can be scheduled for cycle end. Use hosted payment setup or the customer portal for payment recovery; never send card details or checkout links through chat or logs.
Verify a change
After confirmation, verify the organization name, active plan, effective date, included capacity, and any scheduled change. If the status remains pending, do not submit the same change repeatedly; refresh once and use the displayed recovery action.
